This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in view of the conditional order passed by this Court dated 01.09.2022 in C.R.P No.2262 of 2022, to pay the cost of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) to the respondent, he attempted to pay the cost by taking a demand draft and sent it through post. But, the respondent did not receive the same.

3. In view of the same, it is ordered that the cost of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) shall be deposited with the civil court deposit in I.A.No.801 of 2018 in S.M.O.P No.246 of 2014 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Kancheepuram District at Chengalpattu, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. 16.11.2022 uma 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
