This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.O.P.No.11893 of 2023 dated 24.05.2023.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, petitioner had complied with the condition only for fourteen days and thereafter, he did not comply with the condition.
3. In the light of the submission that the petitioner had not complied with the conditions regularly as ordered by this Court, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
