The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeking to modify the condition imposed in Para No. 6 of the order dated 23.08.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.

12228/2024.

2.After hearing both sides, this Court directs the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- to any recognized and registered orphanage in the District of Chengalpattu and the receipt of such payment shall be produced before the concerned Magistrate at the time of executing the bond.

3. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
