These applications have been filed seeking permission to file documents and an additional written statement. 2.Heard Mr.S.Xavier Felix, learned counsel appearing for the applicant and Mr.K.Chandrasekaran, learned counsel appearing for the respondents. Mr.K.Chandrasekaran would submit that he has no objection for the receipt of the documents that have been filed along with the A.No.3134 of 2021. He would however, submit that in the additional written statement certain new facts have been brought about and therefore, he should be given liberty to file a replication meeting those new statements made in the additional written statement.

3.Considering the reasonableness in the request, I am of the opinion that both these applications could be allowed with liberty to the respondent herein / plaintiff to file a replication with reference to the allegations made in the additional written statement.
