In this regard, Mediation Report dated 08.09.2022 has been filed before this Court which has been signed by the petitioner and the respondent.

3. Recording the Mediation Report 08.09.2022, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. The said Mediation Report 08.09.2022 shall form part and parcel of this Order. No costs.
