PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to remove the encroachments of 5 feet made by the 3rd respondent at the Northern side entrance opposite to Dhandhu Mariamman Koil Street and also to evict the shop situated in the pathway of south side so as to enable free flow of ingress and egress of other shops in the Rajaji Market, For Petitioner : Mr.M.Sriram.
