ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in the Crime No.31/2014 as early as possible, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.
3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and taking into account the nature of allegations in the complaint, a blanket direction to file a final report cannot be given and instead, it would be in the interest of justice, if a direction is issued to the respondent police to complete the investigation and either file a final report or closure report as the case may be, as expeditiously as possible.
4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
