Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the fourth respondent in connection with the impugned order of the fourth respondent in Na.Ka.No.6594/A3/2013, dated 10.09.2013 and to quash the same and to issue directions to the respondents to allow the petitioner to draw the Selection Grade Pay in the cadre of Vocational Instructor (Computer Science) Scale of Rs.15600-39100 + Rs.5400 (GP) in terms of Government Letter No.63305/Finance/Pay Cell/2010-1, dated 08.11.2010 and G.O.Ms.No.263 Finance Department (Pay Cell) dated 22.07.2013 with other consequential benefits.
