This petition has been filed to declare the 14th respondent in the above appeal viz., Gokila, whose name is wrongly typed as Gopika as Major.

2. Heard Mr.A. Muthukumar, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The respondents have not raised any serious objection in allowing this petition.

4. A perusal of an affidavit filed in support of this petition, reveals that the petitioner has attained majority. Accordingly, she is declared as Major and this petition is ordered as prayed for.

5. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and list the main Second Appeal on 09.08.2021.
