ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case based on the information report dated 27/03/2015, the petitioners have come up with this petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.
3. From a perusal of the materials available on record, it is seen that the complaint has been given to the Deputy Superintendent of Police. Hence, the petitioners are directed to give a copy of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the complaint dated 27.3.2015, that has been filed before this Court, in person to the second respondent police and on receipt of such complaint, the second respondent police shall enquire into it and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]..
4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
