When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Governemnt Advocate submitted that petition enquiry is pending.

2.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court directs the respondent to complete the enquiry, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till then not to arrest the petitioner.

3.This petition is accordingly disposed of.
