This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.26 of 2014 pending investigation on the file of the 2nd respondent to any other district agency.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
submitted that the case in Crime No.26 of 2014 has been closed as 'Mistake of Fact' and the referred charge sheet was also affixed in the house of the defacto complainant in the presence of the V.A.O.
