This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Paragraph No.3, imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.3481 of 2023 dated 09.03.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.27639 of 2022 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m.

until further orders".

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.3481 of 2023 dated 09.03.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.27639 of 2022 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
