..Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation for disqualification as Member of Parliament dated 27.10.2020 to initiate action against Mr.Thirumavalavan, the 2nd respondent herein for his Breach of Constitutional Oaths and Code of Conduct as Member of Parliament in making derogatory remarks against women by misinterpreting the ancient Manusmriti, for causing internal disturbance, during this COVID-19 pandemic crises under the established law enshrined with relevant statutory rules and regulations of the Parliamentary Affairs, empowered under the Constitution of India.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN] (1)After advancing arguments for quite sometime, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition, styled as a Public Interest Litigation, filed by a Practising Advocate, with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition with the same cause of action after working out on the relevant Constitutional and Statutory provisions as well as the decisions rendered by the Hon'ble https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Supreme Court of India and other Courts. The learned counsel for the petitioner also undertakes to send an endorsement to that effect through E-Mail to the Registry.

(2)In the light of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the liberty sought for by the petitioner, is granted. No costs.
