PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to allot the property to the petitioner in Survey No.18, N.P.Hectar 2.07.0 among which it is settled measured area 2.00 Hectar, of which 5.11 acre land is situated in Sembiyanoor Village, Papireddipati Taluk, Dharmapuri District and direct the 3rd respondent to issue the patta to the name of the petitioner in respect of the above property based on the representations of the petitioner dated 25.11.2019, 27.11.2019, 22.01.2020, 05.02.2020, 10.02.2020, 09.03.2020 and 01.07.2020.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representations made by the petitioner, wherein the petitioner is seeking for a patta with respect to the subject property.

2.Mr.Aruldoss, Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the 3rd respondent has fixed a date for enquiry on 04.12.2020 at 11.00 a.m.,. The learned counsel submitted that the 3rd respondent will conduct enquiry and submit a report before the 1st respondent. Thereafter the 1st respondent will pass final orders on the representations made by the petitioner, within the time limit fixed by this Court. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 3rd respondent has already called the petitioner for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and submit the report before the 1st respondent. The 1st respondent shall thereafter consider the representations made by the petitioner and alsothe report submitted by the 3rd respondent and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

4.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
