This application has been filed seeking leave to institute the suit within the jurisdiction of this Court particularly against the fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh defendants, who are residing /carrying on business outside the jurisdiction of this Court.

2. The plaintiff claims that the first defendant had hosted conversations purported to have been made by the plaintiff in the second and third defendant Youtube platforms. This was on 14.06.2024. The plaintiff had issued a cease and desist notice on 15.06.2024 and had thereafter, immediately instituted this suit seeking damages and other reliefs.

3. The learned Senior Counsel for the plaintiff stated that the fourth, fifth and sixth defendants are outside the jurisdiction of this Court. He further pointed out that the conversations were informations exchanged with the fifth defendant touching upon the private life of the plaintiff. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

4. In view of these facts, leave is sought as against the fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh defendants since the conversations hosted in the Youtube platforms are also available for viewing within the jurisdiction of this Court.

5. Leave is sought. Leave is granted.
