Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the second respondent in No.SA/P.721/Church/ED Rly Colony, dated 20.01.2018 and to quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to allow the existing elected administrators of the CSI to administer the CSI St. Peter's Church, Railway Colony, Erode, till their period is over.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to quash the proceedings dated 20.01.2018 issued by the second respondent and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
consequently, direct the respondents to allow the existing elected administrators of the CSI to administer the CSI St. Peters Church, Railway Colony, Erode, till their period is over. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to change of circumstances, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition, with permission to take back the personal belongings of the Chairman of CSI St.Peter's (Rural) Pastorate, such as, teak wood and household utensils lying inside the church campus. A memo dated 30.09.2021 has also been filed to that effect.
3.Recording the aforesaid submission and memo filed on the side of the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn and the Chairman of CSI St. Peter's (Rural) Pastorate is permitted to take back his personal belongings available in the church campus, if not taken earlier.
