ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to modify the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.4, Salem in in Crl.M.P.No.2533 of 2021 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that the petitioner shall deposit the title deed herself or her relative for the value of Rs.6,30,000/- .

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the lower Court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall deposit the title deed herself or her relative for the value of Rs.6,30,000/- He further submits that the petitioner is suffering from medical ailments and he is unable to go for any work, hence he is unable to deposit the said amount. Hence, he sought for suitable modification of the above said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

On perusal of records it is seen that the petitioner on his own volition has agreed to deposit the title deed for the value of Rs.6,30,000/- and he has filed this petition seeking to modify the said condition, which is not reasonable.
