In view of the compromise entered into and as provided in the compromise, the sum of Rs.1,10,000/- deposited to the credit of O.S.No.4995/2019 is directed to paid out to the appellants 2 and 3, who are petitioners in C.M.P.No.12384 of 2023.

Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
