Originally, this Court by order, dated 6.8.2020 granted bail subject to the condition that the first petitioner shall stay at Vellore and report before the Vellore Town Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders. The petitioners 2 to 11 in Crl.O.P.No.11520 of 2020 shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders. The above conditions are modified by this Court vide order, dated 10.9.2020 and 24.9.2020 to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Sunday on 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. It is the contention of the counsel appearing for the petitioners that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly as modified by this Court and hence seeks relaxation of the said condition.

3. Despite name has been printed, none appeared on the side of Public Prosecutor. Even during the last hearing, none appeared for the respondent Police. 1/3

As no adverse report whatsoever reported against the petitioners, condition modified by this Court, vide order, dated 10.9.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.5122, 5102 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11519 & 11520 of 2020 and Crl.M.P.No.5613 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11419 of 2020, dated 24.9.2020 is relaxed totally. 18.11.2020 vaan 2/3
