2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered.

4.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
