O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been preferred by the petitioner, seeking a direction to the first and second respondent to give adequate police protection to construct a house in his land, bearing Patta No.1310 in Old Survey No.9, New Survey Number 209/6, 209/24, 209/25 measuring to the total extent of 1292 Sq.ft. situated at Ariyaperumanur Village, Kallakurichi sub division, Kallakurichi District based on his representation dated 11.04.2025,within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the third respondent herein is claiming right over the subject property and hence, petitioner seeks police protection to construct a building in his property, as he is the absolute owner of the property.

4. Considering the relief sought for by the petitioner in the present Writ Petition, this Court is of the view that no blanket orders shall be passed against any private respondent. If at all, the petitioner is aggrieved, he can seek his remedy by establishing his right over the subject property before the

Civil forum.

5. In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
