Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondent Police to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and to his parents to see the Child Anjali CANESHE, in accordance to the conditions stipulated in the order of Divorce dated 29.11.2012, by considering the representation made by the Petitioner's father/Power agent on 18.02.2014, to the respondent Police. ORDER
This petition has been filed to to direct the respondent Police to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and to his parents to see the Child Anjali CANESHE, in accordance to the conditions stipulated in the order of Divorce dated 29.11.2012, by considering the representation made by the Petitioner's father/Power agent on 18.02.2014, to the respondent Police.
