ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 28.06.2021 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 302 of I.P.C., in Crime No.671 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner who is the brother of the defacto complainant, had assaulted his mother and caused head injuries to her. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation is at initial stage. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the heinous nature of offence committed by the petitioner and the fact that the investigation is at initial stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
