ORDER

By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. Placing reliance upon the judgment and decree rendered by the Civil Court in O.S.No.14750 of 2010 dated 08.11.2011, a representation was made by the petitioner on 05.10.2015, to issue Patta in respect of the property, situated in S.No.16/2, subdivided as Survey No.16/2A1B2, admeasuring to an extent of 982 sq. ft. Seeking to expedite the consideration of the said representation, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3. Taking note of the pending representation of the petitioner dated 05.10.2015, a direction is issued to the second respondent, to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation dated 05.10.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the third parties, if any, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
