ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at for the alleged offences U/s 294(b), 506(1) IPC and U/s. 6 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act 2012 in Crime No.05 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the son(A1) of the petitioner had love affair with the victim girl and he also alleged to have physical intimacy with the victim girl. Thereafter, the defacto complainant, who is the mother of the victim girl gave complaint to the respondent police. Hence, the complaint registered. 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he further submits that the petitioner is serving as a police officer in the police department and further submits that he didn't have any role in the crime committed by A1. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner and his wife opposed for the marriage. He further submits that the Statement of the victim U/s 164 Cr.P.C has also been recorded. However, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. This Court perused the Statement of the victim recorded U/s 164 Cr.P.C in which the victim has made serious allegations against the petitioners. The Statement also reveals that the petitioner's son A1 had sexual relationship with the victim girl and promised her to marry and abused her.
