ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the Crime No.513 of 2016 pending on the file of the first Respondent Police namely Inspector of Police, Kanagamma Chattram Police Station, Thiruvallur District.

2. When this case came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), filed a counter stating that after completion of investigation, the then Sub Inspector of Police had dropped further action and served R.C.S.Notice vide https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.09 of 2017 to the Petitioner/Defacto Complainant. Since further action is dropped, nothing survives in this petition seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.513 of 2016.

3. Recorded the said submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
