ORDER
The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Sections 296(b), 115, 118, 351(3) of BNS read with Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, in connection with the case in Crime No.Not known of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that the petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.134 of 2024 and FIR has not been registered.

3. In view of the same, the respondent shall conduct and conclude the enquiry within a period of three weeks from today. If the petitioner's appearance is required, the respondent shall issue a notice under Section 35 of BNSS, 2023 and on such notice, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent. Till the conclusion of the enquiry, the respondent police shall not arrest the petitioner.
4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
