2. Claiming to be a denomination temple, the petitioner has made a request to the second respondent, on 27.08.2015, seeking approval of the board of Trustees. On receipt of the same, the first respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
has directed the second respondent to take appropriate action as per law, as seen from the proceedings dated 03.09.2015.
3. Considering the proceedings of the first respondent dated 03.09.2015, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 27.08.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
