(Ms.) No.75 dated 24.05.2015 and G.O. (Ms.) No.122 dated 01.10.2015 passed by the 1st respondent in a time bound period.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner has made a representation on 09.11.2015 and has now approached the Court. The petitioner is not an affected party. Be that as it may, the petitioner cannot be unaware of the situation prevalent from November onwards, where due to the given situation in and around Chennai, the Government machinery is involved with rehabilitation measures. Thus, a reasonable time must pass for the respondent authorities to take any decision, if so required and that period, according to us, has not passed.

2. We are, thus, not inclined at present to entertain this Public Interest Litigation.

3. Writ petition stands closed. No costs.
