ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner is the husband of the detenue - Manimekalai. He has come up with this petition seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent for production of his missing wife.

2. Today, both the detenue and the petitioner are present before this Court. This is not a case of illegal detention. On the contrary, extension of family dispute. As we find no illegal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

detention, we are inclined to dismiss this Habeas Corpus Petition. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, both the petitioner and the detenu are directed to appear before the District Mediation and Conciliation Center, Salem, on 06.08.2019 for mediation.

3. In the result, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed with the above directions.
