The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 409 days for filing criminal appeal against the Judgment made in C.A.No.66 of 2018 dated 09.12.2021 on the file of II Additional District and Session Judge, Ranipet, Vellore District.

2. Though notice was served and the name of the respondent was printed in the cause list, he has not entered appearance either in person or through counsel.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
