(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner made an allegation of encroachment of public streets vide a representation dated 18.08.2012, which is actually quite old. However, he also sent a reminder on 04.01.2016.

2.The third respondent is called upon to look into the issue of encroachment on the Forest Bungalow Street, Boyar Street, Car Street and Perumal Kovil Street situated in Ward No.11 and 12 of R.Pudupatti Village, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District and in case, encroachments are found on the public streets, action in accordance with law be taken to clear the public street, after notice to all concerned. The exercise be undertaken within a maximum period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of the order.
