This writ petition is filed for issuing a writ of mandamus directing the respondent herein to issue separate patta in favour of the petitioner by sub-dividing survey numbers in respect of the property comprised in SF. No.21, 22 and 37/B of Komaralingam (East) village, Madathukulam Taluk, Thiruppur District by considering the application of the petitioner dated 18.06.2018.

2. Though the prayer is for issuing a positive direction to the respondent to issue separate patta in favour of the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, seeks the indulgence of this court, to direct the respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner for grant of separate patta on the basis of document of title. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of petitioner's representation, the respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 18.06.2018 on the basis of documents and prior revenue records that may be produced by the petitioner and to dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. However, there is no order as to cost.
