O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14395 of 2020 dated 16.09.2020, that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Namakkal, on all working days at 10.30 a.m and if the concerned Court is not regularly functioning, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 5.30 p.m. until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14395 of 2020 on 16.09.2020, regularly and hence, he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P No.14395 of 2020 dated 16.09.2020, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Namakkal on 09.11.2020 in P.R.C No.22 of 2020 and thereafter, on the date fixed by the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Namakkal.

5. Accordingly,this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
