(The case has been heard through video conference) The matter is listed today under the caption for being mentioned. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that some mistake has crept in the order passed by this Court vide order dated 06.11.2020 Crl.M.P.No.6740 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.14498 of 2020 in paragraph No.4, that instead of relaxing the conditions completely on the 2nd petitioner, who is a senior citizen, it has been wrongly mentioned as the conditions imposed on the 1st petitioner has been relaxed completely accordingly prays for appropriate orders.

3.In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the order in Crl.M.P.No.6740 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.14498 of 2020 dated 06.11.2020, paragraph No.4 to be read as follows: "4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.14498 of 2020 dated 17.09.2020 is relaxed completely 1/6

kas with regard to the 2nd petitioner and with regard to the 1st petitioner he is directed to appear before the respondent police on the 1st and 3rd working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The other conditions shall stand unaltered.

Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.14498 of 2020 that the first petitioner/accused shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m for a period of four weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10:30 a.m until further order and the second petitioner/accused shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10:30 a.m until further orders. ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.14498 of 2020 dated 17.09.2020 that the first petitioner/accused shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m for a period of four weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10:30 a.m until further orders and the second petitioner/accused shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10:30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly. He would further submit that the second petitioner is aged about 57 years, he seeks to relax the condition completely with regard to first petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14498 of 2020 dated 17.09.2020 is relaxed completely with regard to the first petitioner and with regard to the second petitioner he is directed to appear before the respondent police on the first and third working day of every month at 10:30 a.m until further orders. The other conditions remain unaltered.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
