Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records from the 1st respondent relating to the proceedings dated 28.10.2013 bearing reference no.Na.Ka.B 5/2986/2013 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, malafide and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to issue tender forms on a date fixed by this Hon'ble Court for carrying out the Thai Thittam works 20132014 in the places under the 3rd respondent Panchayat Union by permitting the petitioners to participate in the same and allot the works to the successful bidders.
