ORDER

By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner made a representation on 19.11.2015, seeking issuance of joint patta in respect of the property situated in Old Survey No.182, New Survey No.292 in Door No.39, Mambakkam Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District. The petitioner has alleged in the said representation that the property belongs to the family ancestral and some of the coowners including the petitioner have been left out.

3. Taking note of the pending representation of the petitioner dated 19.11.2015 and without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondent to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 19.11.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other persons stated to be the co-owners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case including the title of the property.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
