(The case has been heard through video conference) The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case is pending on the file of the learned I Additional District Judge, Salem District. However, the earlier order was crisp. In the order it states that the petitioner shall surrender before the concerned Judicial Magistrate instead of the concerned learned I-Additional District Judge, Salem. Hence this present petition has been filed for seeking modification.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned Judicial Magistrate and file a petition. The learned Judicial Magistrate is directed to consider the petition and pass an order on merits.
