Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pass orders for disbursement for regularization of service of the petitioners in the post of Cook from the date of their appointment and for declaration of probation will all consequential and other attendant benefits including the payment of annual increment, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, in consideration of the representation of the petitioners dated 03.10.2020.
