ORDER

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide the electricity connection for Flat No.F-3, First Floor, Sharon Apartments, bearing plot no.76, Kamaraj Street, Sri Balaji Nagar West Extension, Kallikuppam, Ambattur, Chennai - 600 053. 2.

The application submitted by the petitioner seeking electricity service connection was rejected on 26.04.2021, on the ground that the petitioner has not enclosed the required documents to establish his ownership. Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to submit all the documents to establish his title or ownership for the purpose of considering his case to grant electricity service connection. In this regard, an application along with the documents are to be submitted through online to the respondents/Board for consideration. As of now, the application submitted by the petitioner is not alive and rejected by the respondents.
