The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the respondent to settle the retirement benefits of the petitioner such as Gratuity, P.F, Leave Salary and Pension by fixing correct wage after giving pay protection as per Section 47 of Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 06.05.2024 made by the petitioner after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No 2/4

costs.
