Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.7720/2014/Sa.Pa, dated 23.01.2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to entertain the Statutory Revision and dispose the same on merits. The learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 made a submission that the present writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Joint Registrar in proceedings dated 23.01.2015, rejecting the Revision Petition on the ground of delay. Subsequently, the very same Revision Petition was taken on file by the Joint Registrar of Cooperative Societies and the matter was decided on merits and in accordance with law and a final order has been passed under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act in proceedings dated 14.07.2015.

2.This being the factum of the case, the cause aroused for filing of the present writ petition became vanished. 3.Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
