This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11734 of 2023 dated 25.05.2023, passed by this Court to report before the Inspector of Police, C1 Flower Bazaar Police Station, Chennai daily at 10.30 a.m., and he should not leave without obtaining proper permission from the Inspector of Police, C1 Flower Bazaar Police Station, Chennai until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11734 of 2023 dated 25.05.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
