When the matters were listed on 12.6.2019 & 13.6.2019, none appeared for the petitioner. Therefore, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal" on 14.6.2019. Again when the matter has been listed for the third time today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner to prosecute the petition. Hence, this Court is constrained to dismiss the transfer civil miscellaneous petition for non prosecution. Accordingly, Tr.C.M.P.No.462 of 2018 is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, C.M.P.No.11701 of 2018 is also dismissed.
