This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the notice dated 12.09.2014 issued by the respondent under Section 91 of Cr.P.C.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that in the present case, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 08.01.2015.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
