Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order of demand of the Second Respondent dated 23.04.2019 and quash the said order of demand dated 23.04.2019 and consequently direct the Second Respondent to fix the fair rent in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.456, Tamil Development, Hindu Religious and Endowment Board and Information (A.Ni.4-2) Department dated 09.11.2007, for the building portion under the Petitioner's occupation in the building bearing Door No.187, Mint Street (Thangasalai Street), Chennai - 600 003.

When it was pointed out by the Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents that the Petitioner has got an effective alternative remedy to prefer an appeal under https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Sections 21 of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959, for the relief sought in the Writ Petition, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to resort to the same and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.
