O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider and dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 16.11.2015. 2.The petitioner, aggrieved by the order of the second respondent dated 26.02.2015, said to have preferred an appeal before the first respondent dated 16.11.2015. Since, no order has been passed till date, he came up with the present writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions of Mr.D.J.Venkatesan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and M/s.N.Srinivasan, Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the same, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 16.11.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
