consequently directing the respondents to grant permission to the petitioner school to fill up the sanctioned post of physical Education teacher in the petitioner school, a single post for all the students, based on the application submitted by the petitioner school dated 06.09.2019 and subsequent proposal forwarded by third respondent in Na.ka.No.3784/A1/2019 dated 17.06.2020 with in a time frame.

This writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in O.Mu.No.3015/Aa2/2020 dated 20.07.2021 and consequently, direct the respondents to grant permission to the petitioner school to fill up the sanctioned post of physical Education Teacher in the petitioner school, based on the application submitted by the petitioner school dated 06.09.2019.
2. The petitioner's school is said to have filled the post of Physical Education Teacher and one Jegan Mohan has been deployed in the said post. Hence, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs. 06.10.2023 Index :
