Respondents PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to set aside the order insofar as it relates to rejection of 89 cents out of 1 acre 29357 sp.ft. comprised in S.No.1467/2 in Parangimalai village, Tambaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District passed in I.A.No. 1935 of 2012 in O.S.No. 912 of 2012 on the file of Additional District Munsif Court, Alandur.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has the benefit of interim injunction pending suit before the lower Court as well as this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he will be satisfied if a direction is issued to dispose of the suit within the time limit.

3. Recording the above submission, a direction is issued to the Additional District Munsif Court, Alandur to dispose of the suit in O.S.No. 912 of 2012, as expeditiously as possible, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court by its order dated 09.10.2013 has granted interim stay. The interim stay already granted by this Court shall continue till the disposal of the suit.

4. With the above observations and direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
